The Boosted Boards' electric longboard is designed to go up to 6 miles before recharging its lithium batteries by using regenerative braking to save energy.
Weighing only 12 pounds (5.4kg), it is the lightest electrical vehicle in history.
The board features twin brushless motors and uses lithium batteries which charge in 2 hours.
Boosted Boards is a kickstarter project and hopes to deliver in 2013.
